ED and Yohimbe Revisited

Earlier this year I wrote an article on my initial experiences with Yohimbe. Since then, I’ve used it probably 50 times and decided it was time to write a follow-up. Here’s the quick list of observations that I can say about Yohimbe in general:

Most important – it works… easily as well as Cialis did for me. And the bottle of 100 I bought from GNC only cost me $15.
It wakes me up, but I often get this strange “tired feeling” in my eyes.
It seems more effective when taken at least 45 minutes after a meal.
The first time I took it, the bad side effects were severe, but I have not experienced those since.
It almost always gives me gas.
I have occasionally had a mild upset stomach after taking it, but the effect was brief and never severe.
I have almost always had a dry mouth for several hours after taking it.
My skin usually feels quite warm for several hours.

That first experience I had was pretty intense. I felt jittery, my heart was pounding, and I couldn’t sleep all night. When I take Yohimbe now, the effects are mild to the point that I usually think it isn’t working… until a sexual encounter, at which time it has only failed me once in about 50 times.

I’ve read a lot of negative press about Yohimbe, which I think is unfortunate. To me, it has been a miracle herb. I understand it’s not advisable for certain people with health problems, but for the vast majority of us for whom those are not issues, the side effects are worth the benefits.
