These guys want to lower your interest rates, which no doubt includes your handing over some personal information to them. And the funny thing is that they’ll be very elusive when you start asking them questions. In fact, if you start asking questions, they will either not answer or they’ll be downright rude. When they call, they’ll give you an option to press a button to remove you from their call list, which won’t work and they’ll keep calling.

Should you decide to call 503-457-1085, you’ll be met with the following message:
Please enter the number you wish to include in our Do Not Call List. (Long pause) The number was successfully added to our Do Not Call List. Thank you.

Even if you don’t enter a number at all, you’ll be told the number was successfully added. Something wrong here?

Such deceptive practices tells us that these guys are in the business of deceit. Would you like to discuss your personal details with someone like that? I didn’t think so. Block/Ignore this number and be rid of them!

If you’ve been on the Do Not Call registry for over 31 days, they shouldn’t be calling you and you can file a complaint here. Unfortunately it probably won’t do any good. Anyone who calls using a non-working number to identify themselves probably doesn’t follow telemarketing laws very carefully anyway.
