They probably purchased your information from an auto-based business with which you’ve done business in the past, such as a car dealer. Any legitimate business – even a lowly bill collector – will at least identify the name of their company. These guys won’t even do that, and since you can’t even call back to complain, you’re better off just ignoring and blocking them.
