The following our review of the Stansberry Research video advertised on television. We haven’t seen the newsletter, but the review below is a discussion of the methods and materials used in advertising by Stansberry. This is not an attempt to endorse or refute the claims made by Stansberry, only opinions derived from his marketing methods.
I resisted. I really did. But that ominous black background and apocalyptic claims were just too much for me, so I logged on today after seeing a commercial which pointed me to newamerica5.com. (Wait – I was sure that last week it was newamerica7.com. And what happened to newamerica6.com? Oh wait – that’s the same thing, too. More on that later, though). Older versions of the video show indicate this video was called “The End of America” but such language doesn’t appear in current advertisements.
So below is my perspective on this whole deal, this newamerica5.com video. ...

A horrifying photo has surfaced on Facebook, one that claims the dead, charred bodies in the photo are Christians burnt alive by Muslims in Nigera. A common caption reads reads:
Christians burnt alive by Sunni Muslims in NIGERIA…(Posted by Jillian Becker in Africa, Arab States, Christianity, Christians burnt alive by Sunni Muslims, Islam, Muslims, jihad)…..PLEASE SHARE IT OR JUST UPLOAD YOUR OWN…BUT SOMEHOW SPREAD IT IF YOU’RE EVEN 1% CHRISTIAN — It is still not over yet! —
As expected, enraged comments ensue. Problem is.. the photo itself is real but the story attached to it is fake.

Loonwatch.com already took this photo to task with an excellent dissertation posted several months ago, yet the story continues to be passed around. That site will show you that the charred bodes were in fact a result of a tanker explosion in the Congo. Because they have already posted an authoritative rebuttal to this photo, such ...

A new Facebook message and photo being reposted ad infinitum the past few days shows a picture of a hand holding cheese with nails in it, and claims that this is a new trend at dog parks. Specifically, we read:
New trend at dog parks, nails in pieces of cheese, if you take your dogs to dog parks, please be careful!! The picture with the cheese and nails was emailed to me by someone saying they found cheese like this in parks in Chicago and Ma.
But is it true? Here at Waffles, we’re quite certain this is no more than just an exaggerated story with only a morsel of truth behind it.

There was a story in Buenos Aires in July that did include the ubiquitous photo of the hand holding nail-ridden cheese, which stated that cheese contains nails was found. The story, however, took root and grew to epic proportions when ...

After the Michael Jackson gurney picture was displayed at the Conrad Murray trial, I was reminded of the Michael Jackson death photo that surfaced a couple years ago. Actually it didn’t remind me of it – which is the point of this article. There is no doubt that the gurney photo is of Michael Jackson on his deathbed. The earlier death photo was released by an Austrian publication and was created with “experts” who supposedly used autopsy reports to create this image.
Oh really?

So it’s definitely not real, but it is accurate? A cursory look at the photo does kinda sorta look like it might be a deceased Michael Jackson. It’s certainly eerie looking. Further examination leads one to conclude that there are significant flaws with the photo, not only in the facial construction, but also in its reconciliation with autopsy information. The construction of the face itself is simply inaccurate. I put their ...

The ubiquitous “gurney” photo of Michael Jackson released during the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray this week is indeed disturbing. What I have yet to hear is who took this photo and why. It’s not standard protocol for doctors or staff to take photos of recently the deceased, even if they are celebrities. It’s not uncommon for family and friends to take such a photo as a “last memory” but the person responsible for taking this photo has not been given as of yet. I’m by no means trying to fuel a conspiracy theory – I just think it’s a piece of information that should have been released with the photo.
*10/12/11 Update: The picture of Michael Jackson’s autopsy can be found here.
At least we know it’s a real photo of Michael Jackson, unlike the flimsy attempt by forensic experts to portray how he might have looked.

One good aspect of the Michael ...

The gist of the story is this: Bismarck Dinius and some friends were out on a sailboat at night. A power boat, driven by Chief Deputy Sheriff Russell Perdock, slams into the sailboat, killing passenger Lynn Thornton.

Now consider the following facts:

Mr. Dinius was given a blood alcohol test on the scene and was proven to be slightly intoxicated, while Mr. Perdock was given a blood test later at a hospital.
Perdock says Dinius’ running lights were off. This is disputed by eyewitnesses.
No one disputes that the sailboat cabin lights were on, which makes this type of boat clearly visible at night.
No one disputes that Mr. Perdock was operating the ...

You found this article probably because you were online searching for information on a specific conspiracy theory, or even just looking for general conspiracy information. Maybe trying to find new conspiracy theories in which to subscribe?
If you were to find information contrary to what you already believe, would you read it and consider it with an open mind? Or would you dismiss it and believe the writer was crazy or misinformed.
Do you believe in many conspiracy theories?
Before you click the back button on your browser to go see what else Google can come up with to validate your opinion, think for yourself for a change and read on.

Most people searching the net for information on conspiracy theories are not looking for the whole truth, but merely whatever “facts” will validate their existing opinion. This is on both sides of the fence, the believers and non-believers. It just stands, however, that ...

“The Revelation of the Method” is one of those “granddaddies of all conspiracy theories.” This is your standard elitist conspiracy theory in which an elite few are secretly pulling the strings on humanity and that they are slowly revealing this to us. We are becoming conditioned to learn and accept this control. Currently we are secret slaves to them, but over time we will become knowing slaves to them. This revelation is done in many ways, such as the “sacrifice” of Princess Diana, the events of 911, and hidden subliminal messages in the media.
It makes for great reading. Unfortunately some people actually believe it.

People like Art Bell and Michael A. Hoffman are among the leading conspiracy theorists in the country. If there is a conspiracy to be created or promoted, these guys are on the front lines. They aren’t objective parties because their livelihood banks on the promotion of these ...

C2 Coke … A ghost town in the soda world. It was highly promoted, and adored by its supporters. Why did this products disappear so soon after launch? The “official” explanation is that the market didn’t justify it and sales were flat.
But are those the real reasons?
Further investigation reveals much more sinister reasons behind the demise of this beloved drink.
Let’s look at Coke’s C2, which was introduced and highly publicized in 2004. It was essentially half regular Coke and half diet coke, at 70 calories and several different sweeteners. It arrived amid the low-carb craze, and was heavily promoted. On television, the song “I Want to Break Free” by Queen was used in commercials, while “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” by the Rolling Stones was used in radio ads.

Let’s first examine the use of “I Want to Break Free” by Queen. If one looks back to the original ...
