It’s time to “Fall Back” with the end of Daylight Savings Time in 2011 on November 6, 2011 at 2am. Wait, is it Daylight Savings Time or Daylight Saving Time? An informal poll of my friends led to a uniformly plural “savings.” According to Wikipedia:
Although daylight saving time is considered to be correct, daylight savings time is commonly used. Well, I won’t tell you – that’s personal. But I can tell you that becoming a consumer advocate was the last thing I really intended to be. Personal life took over and I had to let the blog go for a while.
But there are many things left unsaid, which was the reason for Waffles to begin with. So as the holidays come and go, and 2010 arrives… I will put these stale waffles in the microwave and see if I can warm them up a little. The syrup might be a different flavor, but it will still go down just as well.
Eat up.
