		<description><![CDATA[Since I moved from Canada to the USA I&#039;ve discovered that even here in the heart of hillbilly country some people call themselves rednecks — which kind of annoys those locals who prefer to call themselves hillbillies. So I guess it&#039;s hard to know how somebody will react to being called “redneck.”

Just for fun, perhaps we can compile a list of “The Top 100 Most Obtuse Cities”. Of course, we&#039;ll have to make sure that we never mention the actual criteria used. The list will fuel intense internet debates for at least a year. And nobody will get hurt! Probably.]]></description>
