About Mighty Blaster

Mighty Blaster Fireman’s Nozzle is sold by the popular As Seen on TV company TeleBrands. It can be used to change the pressure of the water as it comes out of the hose to help the homeowner perform tasks such as washing concrete driveways or cleaning the outside of the home with the power of water. Mighty Blaster was initially marketed as being different than standard hose nozzles because it is supposed to be a consumer version of a firefighter’s hose. Additionally, the company marketed the device as being more comfortable to hold in comparison with traditional hose nozzles.

The official website is mightyblaster.com, which was first registered in November 2013. By mid-2017, that website was no longer online.

Mighty Blaster is available online from the official product website. You can also find it in the As Seen on TV section of stores such as KMart or Fry’s.

Leaky plastic sprayers shoot water everywhere except where you want it. And power washers are bulky, heavy, and a pain to set up. Introducing the Mighty Blaster Fireman’s Nozzle, the first-ever household sprayer with the power and precision of a real fireman’s nozzle. Mighty Blaster has 50% more power so you can effortlessly reach your roof and quickly clean all your dirty eaves with ease. Or blast away dirt, leaves, and twigs from sidewalks and driveways. Even these large stones. Try to do that with another sprayer. Developed using the same power pressure technology in professional fire nozzles, Mighty Blaster packs a punch, easily plowing through this line of stones, even taking down this giant one. And it’s built to last, featuring aircraft grade aluminum and quality stainless steel. But best of all the comfort grip allows you to use it much longer than those traditional sprayers, and without hurting your hands.

Adjusting Mighty Blaster is simple. The infinite control goes from a fine mist all the way to the most powerful blast. So gently water the most delicate flowers, then just give it a twist to bring on the power. Scour mold and mildew off the outside of your home in seconds. Easily blast away even the hardest caked-on mud for a shine like new. Or wash a year’s worth of dirt and grime off patio furniture, and from around the pool.

“The power this has is amazing. You can really feel it as soon as you turn on the water. That makes every job so much easier. I love it!”

Mighty Blaster Reviews

Mighty Blaster is an As Seen on TV product that has been on the market since mid-2014, but was heavily advertised throughout mid-2015.

Prior to the 2015 campaign, there were several existing products for sale online with the name “Mighty Blaster” including a different hose nozzle, completely unrelated to this product.

In our initial tests, our product researchers have expressed some concerns about the nozzle’s ability to maintain a high pressure flow and perform as advertised. We also examined the product’s supposed advantage over traditional hose nozzles.

In the end, tests showed that the Mighty Blaster not only failed to outperform other nozzles, but didn’t even perform as well as a $5 competitor.

There was an on/off knob in the original Mighty Blaster, that has since been removed. The price has also dropped. It was originally about $15, but now you can find it for as low as $6 in some stores.

Mighty Blaster is no longer marketed, and its website is offline. It is, however, included as an add-on bonus for those who buy Hercules Hose online.

Alternatives

There are several “Fireman’s Hose Nozzles” on the market. A cursory search on Amazon yields many highly-rated products, often for under $20. It may pay to shop around.

Google Trends

The chart below shows search interest in Mighty Blaster. As you can see, it is currently experiencing a surge in interest due to an ongoing advertising campaign.

Bottom Line

Mighty Blaster is a pressurized hose nozzle which allows users to pressure wash their homes and vehicles. Early reviews for the product are lukewarm at best. If you want to try it, you may want to pick it up locally in order to avoid shipping costs and delays. You may also want to also examine other nozzles which have more proven track records and sport the same advertised features as Mighty Blaster.
