The video depicts the controversial practice of “baby yoga” in Russia, which is not illegal in that country. The woman in the video is not under the jurisdiction of the FBI, thus they are not looking for her. Let’s take a look at the claim being made:

The video shows a young woman flipping a naked baby in a variety of movements. It originally went viral in February 2013, and has had several resurgences since then. Although the baby is heard crying and becomes red throughout the “session,” the woman in the video states, “He wants me to do it,” and “He likes it like this.”

The Daily Mail interviewed a proponent of the practice. Lena Fokina stated, “The method was originally developed to cure and correct the health of children having muscular or skeletal problems but it is also suitable for healthy children. The movements are designed to improve their muscular abilities and development. And the children often turn out to be early readers, singers, talkers, swimmers. It also makes their hands stronger. We are humanists and we don’t do anything wrong.”

Those who practice extreme forms of baby yoga such as this believe that it increases blood flow, increasing the child’s size and strength.

Bottom Line
