The ability to print shipping labels from PayPal is a great feature of the service. If you want to print a label other than for someone who sent you money, however, it isn’t so easy to find. Here’s how.
Simply log into PayPal and click the link below:
https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_ship-now
This will take you to a form to create your shipping label, which you can fill out and pay for postage right from your PayPal account. Why this is so hard to find from the PayPal menu is curious. It could be there, but I didn’t find it after clicking on virtually every link from my account.
I can confirm that the above link works, and I have printed labels to non-PayPal contacts using it.
You can also create a USPS account and create labels there. But for those of us who prefer to stay within the PayPal website and payment method, the link above is the way to go.
