The video begins after the man has apparently just discovered his car completely covered in blue and white Post-It notes. The blue and white stickers were arranged to form the International Symbol of Access, which is a stick figure in a wheelchair.

The angry driver first attempts to clear some of stickers from the back window. He enters his car and then immediately exits to clear more stickers from the front windshield. After backing the car up several feet, he exits once again to clear more stickers from the driver side window. The man eventually rolls down his window and merges into traffic, almost hitting another car, with blue Post-It notes falling off as the car drives off.

Throughout the video, a large crowd can be heard whistling, laughing, and filming with their cell phones. Next to the man’s car appeared to be a police officer who did not intervene in the prank.

The incident occurred in Maringa, Brazil and was posted to YouTube on June 24, 2015. The video amassed over 50,000 views in its first 24 hours online.
