“Not a prank call!”

Tim Peake sent out a tweet apologizing for making what must have seemed to be a strange phone call from the International Space Station.

“I’d like to apologize to the lady I just called by mistake saying ‘Hello, is this planet Earth?’ — not a prank call — just a wrong number!” Peake tweeted out.

The 43-year old is the first British astronaut on the ISS, and was only days into a six month stint aboard the space station when the errant call was placed.

He did not disclose the intended recipient of his call.
